Useless
When you zoom in to as close as you can, the rain seems to vanish! You can’t control the radar as well as you should be able too. I hoped for better and more accurate results.

Zoom poor, settings don’t save.
I’ve used this app for quite a while now and have found it really useful, but this latest version is very disappointing with the lack of zoom. Like others, I’m hoping this will get resolved so I don’t have to go looking elsewhere for an alternative.
👍I love Netweather. But the two old netweather apps I used to use, which were brilliant, no longer work, so have had to download this latest one. It is great, but for one massive issue... you can't zoom in very far. You can only see the main cities and get a general idea of where you are compared to the rain. Netweather's old apps, used to zoom in much further. I really hope this gets fixed and the zoom is extended, if not, I might have to look for another app. 😕
Nowhere near as good as the website, I got the app so I wouldn’t need to keep going back to safari favourites but it’s not even close. As others have said the controls are more difficult to use and when you zoom in the radar picture disappears. I will be sticking with the website.
The rain radar map is so useful, but as someone else has mentioned the menu and time controls aren’t usable on my iPhone 12 mini - they appear positioned too high on the screen. But I have found tapping just underneath the icons does work! Also when zooming in as close as the map allows, the rain layer seems to disappear.
A really very useful app when heading off outdoors. If there was one thing I’d like added, it would be the ability to zoom in more on the map.
If it functioned correctly it’d be the best, most accurate and easy to use weather app available but unfortunately the drop down menu is completely defective. All you get is the world map and rain radar. Having access to the drop down to customise would make it a game changer. I’m using it on the iPhone 12 mini so maybe there’s a bug related to the slightly smaller screen? Hopefully a fix will be available soon but until then it’s just 1* from me.
