Aber die Usability der App ist leider echt grottig, tut mir leid das sagen zu müssen. Der Aufbau der Oberfläche ist echt ziemlich unschön und wirkt sehr altbacken. Wir haben uns daher entschieden, diese App nicht an die Enduser auszurollen, weil das den Gesamteindruck der Lösung schmälern würde. Vielleicht wird die App ja mal von Grund auf neu überarbeitet, dann schauen wir uns das gerne nochmal an. Da mein Unternehmen in dieser Zeit das Produkt Password Safe eingesetzt hat, entschied ich mich dazu, auch privat das Produkt zu nutzen und war sehr zufrieden damit. Nun mit der aktuellen Akquise durch Netwrix scheint die sicherheitsbewusste und kundenorientierte Kultur des Unternehmens verloren gegangen zu sein. Ich komme natürlich, analog andere User, nicht mehr an meinen Daten daran. Eine Vorwarnung gab es nicht. Für mich steht fest: Das Unternehmen Mateso und das Produkt Password safe sind mit sofortiger Wirkung ausgelistet. Wenn ich neue Anforderungen vorliegen habe, werde ich auf andere seriöse Marktbegleiter verweisen.
