Basically in Christchurch we have a choice between two brands, and Neuron definitely has better scooters. App works great, no issues, fair plans. Thank you.

If you buy a ride pass on the app it defaults to auto renewal so you’ll keep getting charged for eternity if you don’t notice A dirty trick to gouge money from customers

Left of the side of a highway during a heat wave without water. - map showed we could travel to our destination but apparently this was a recent updated change. Service and support could offer no suggestion, but kindly asked us to push the scooters back. I said if the scooters were reactivated we would ride them back to the city. Not possible. I was severely sunburned and ruined our Melbourne trip. Service enDangered us.

Loved it

Use to be $60 for a month but they’ve taken the monthly pass away and now it’s $35 for only a week. There’s never any around enough as well, only when they finally get around to charging them which is once a week anyways.
