Notes:
This is the most comprehensive and accurate brain health program in the world. The program aims to accurately assess each person’s unique brain health score, which reflects its risks and opportunities. The app will consider your genetic, medical, and lifestyle information to give you the most accurate score possible regarding the health of your brain and how to improve it further.

To get the score, we need to take HRA and NEURO questions. You can retake HRA and NEURO from settings.

Hello,
Is there a “start here” video that explains how to use the app? It seems you can only work on one goal at a time unless you go back and reset your goals and then it will change. The “help us get better” tab went to a not deliverable email kickback! 🥹

I had high hopes for this app, but found it generally useless. I downloaded the update, which helped a little, but didn’t show me any progress or helpful information.  All I got was a screen that asked (yes or no) if I had consumed 1 cup of leafy greens and 1 1/2 cups of legumes. Leafy greens, fine. But my GI tract doesn’t handle 1 1/2 cups of legumes every day. There was no mechanism to change the amounts or other food categories. Not helpful.

 I keep a daily food diary in another app and I’ll stay with that.

I love this app for multiple reasons. Firstly, the quizzes are a great way to check where I currently stand, then the recommendations based on the result are actually very helpful. I like how it allows me to track my progress, and also shares articles and recipes that can help me with my potential goals.
