## Neverspoons Description
We've already been featured in BBC News, Radio 5 Live TimeOut, Independent, Metro, Gizmodo, Mirror, Evening Standard, The Manc and many more so it's about time we got our iPhone app live too!

The Neverspoons app helps you find alternative pubs, bottle shops and breweries away from the main chains. We have thousands of hand-selected and community-submitted local pubs and taprooms for you to try instead.

With location switched on you will see venues nearest to you. To see a full list of locations to get alternatives to, click on the list at the bottom.

If you have any suggestions for new venues let us know via our the app as we're adding new locations as soon as they come in.

Find an alternative, support local.

## Neverspoons Reviews in United Kingdom

### ****- "Now works"
Changing my 1* review as now the search is working and the map scrolls. Needs more information about the venues hence 4* but hopefully that will come in time.
-- nigel_s, 2023-10-03

### ***** "Does what it says - now fixed"
Works great since the rebuild. Use it to find alternative establishments 😊
-- ArchieBraithwaite, 2023-10-03

### *---- "Fatal flaw: Nice idea but map will not allow sliding"
When you plan a pub night or crawl you want to plan for where you WILL be, not where you ARE, so you need to be able to slide the map instead of it fixating on where you are currently. Fatal flaw. App to be deleted.
-- Frequent_Buyer01, 2023-04-30

### *---- "Not accurate"
Scanning the list of pubs on here, this is not accurate. I clicked one pub I hadn’t heard of, and their profile was a Wetherspoons site. Come on.
-- ralphgrapes, 2023-01-18

### **--- "Keeps crashing"
This would be a great app, but it crashes every time you click the ‘More information’ on a pub and it’s impossible to navigate around the map. Urgently needs updating
-- Abi-G, 2022-12-26

### **--- "Not it"
Love the idea, but the app is incredibly slow to find location and crashes every time I try to view details of a pub.

Plus definition of independent is skewed as it’s listing places like Stonegate which are almost as huge as Wetherspoon anyway.
-- RealCallumpy, 2022-10-25

### ***-- "Great idea, but…"
Love the idea of this app and it’s a great way to find pubs when out and about. But the ‘more information’ button on each pub crashes the app, so it’s impossible to know anything about a venue, other than it’s name. It hasn’t been updated for a year so is it still in operation? I hope so.
-- TebbsG, 2022-10-14

### ***-- "iOS 16 issues?"
Seems to crash in ios16? Otherwise great app.
-- videojedi2, 2022-10-04

### *---- "Would be ok if it worked!"
Just as useless as before - map or search function doesn’t work. So you can’t look at anywhere apart from the immediate area which is pretty pointless. Also relies on users updating the database so no investment being made - it can never be accurate as pubs are opening and closing daily. Completely undeveloped and should be taken down.
-- Joint ralph54, 2022-09-06

### *---- "Disappointing"
I really liked this app and used it a lot back in the day. Unfortunately since I’ve been so busy with work I didn’t use it much so I’m extremely disappointed to log in and find that it doesn’t work anymore…
