### ***** "Easy and Fun!"
I never write reviews on any apps, but this one’s different! I love how easy it is to follow each exercise and if I’m not sure how to properly execute a certain exercise, each one comes with its own video tutorial. Another great benefits is the option to message your trainer right from the app rather than jumping between different ones!

Love it and can’t wait to continue to use in my daily life!

### ***** "My favorite app😁"
This is one of the easiest apps to tap into! The program workouts are phenomenal as well as the trainers involved. I am a father of 2 that has had a hard time staying consistent and getting back into a routine when it comes to working out. New Human has helped me change that! This app has impacted not only my physical health but also my all around health. These programs are excellent for my schedule. One of my favorite parts about the app is that they have trainers who really care! I receive constant updates and tips on how to lead a healthy life style

20/10 recommend!
