## New Image Fitness & Workouts Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Won’t work with my Apple Watch"
Whilst the videos in the app to use with the Fitt gym are good I can’t get the app to pair with my Apple Watch which means I cannot record my workouts/progress. Tried contacting their support team and heard nothing back. Very poor customer service. I paid for the 12 month premium £19.99 but I am not getting the benefit so have cancelled it. Trying to get a refund back but that’s proving difficult. Don’t waste your money with this App.
-- Pegman1155, 2025-03-09

### *---- "Not connecting to Apple Watch"
Won’t connect to Apple Watch , have downloaded the app gone to connect it but when you click on the app on watch it doesn’t open also treadmill isn’t connecting to Bluetooth
-- Laurap8906, 2024-12-22

### *---- "App Does not work"
Hi I’ve purchased the Fitt row smart and the app does not work
-- Trogon’s, 2024-11-30

### *---- "Won’t work with Apple Watch"
Would be awesome if it worked with Apple Watch but the app won’t open.
-- Can I actually write one?, 2024-11-05

### *---- "It doesn’t work"
Their app doesn’t work, their treadmill doesn’t work, their customer service doesn’t work… I regret buying their product.
-- Amirahlc21, 2024-08-01

### ***** "Happy with the purchase"
Good overall but few things I would like to see, firstly, have Apple Watch, don’t know if issue is on watch or app but will not connect to each other, second wish I could screen share the vid to another device than my phone as unable to fully see what the exercises are, thirdly, a clip or something to hold the pull elastics for while cube isn’t in use would be good, overall happy with the purchase though
-- neanie32, 2024-06-21

### *---- "The app don’t work"
It doesn’t work on Apple Watch
And it chooses when to open on iPhone
-- Teesh6, 2024-05-27

### **--- "Paula"
Some variation in the workouts on each level would be good rather than just one!
-- Paula935, 2024-02-28

### ***-- "Max glider 360"
I bought the max glider 360 to get back into exercising. It’s a great piece of equipment but the app needs work.
Quite often during a video workout the Bluetooth loses connection which is annoying as you can’t add the workout to your profile.
The workouts are really good I just wish there were more. I can subscribe for £19.99 but it only unlocks 3 videos, not willing to pay that much for 3 videos! Way overpriced. Shame as it has potential.
-- DG878y, 2024-01-26

### ***** "Wow"
I started a beginner workout for the cube and I could instantly feel the but great investment I highly recommend it
