This is the worst try on app I’ve he ever used. Nothing loads and it just brings you in circles from the app to the site and back again. You’d think New Look was a big enough brand to fix this!

Le Scan ne fonctionne pas du tout je me demande pourquoi vous avez sa si sa fonctionne pas

L’application me redirige toujours vers l’app store même après l’ouverture d’un compte ça manque du professionnalisme vraiment.
Perte de temps
Scan ne fonctionne pas. Redirection constante vers l'App Store et même en utilisant l'application, celle-ci nous indique de télécharger l'application... Franchement, en 2024, pour une compagnie aussi grande que NewLook, ça fait vraiment pitié. Non seulement ça, mais en plus, j'avais acheté une paire de lunettes pour 400$ à cette compagnie malgré le scan qui ne fonctionnait pas et ils ont l'audace de mettre ma commande en attente parce que le scan est manquant!!! Avec les frais d'expédition que j'ai payé pour avoir en express en plus! Extrêmement déçue d'avoir gaspillé mon argent dans cette compagnie. Si je n'avais ps passé 3 semaines à chercher des lunettes pour trouver LA paire que j'aime chez NewLook, jamais je ne les aurais encouragés.
Mauvaise application
Scan ne fonctionne pas, clavarder en français sans réponse. Incapable d’ajouter des verres avec ordonnance sur des lunettes solaires.

Doesn’t work.
I literally have the 14 pro max and it doesn’t work I’ve tried everything and nothing works . They collect all your info and then there’s just a white screen. Don’t download this. It’s a joke.
