## New Norm #1 Mental Hygiene App Description
New Norm is the #1 daily mental health app among our users* for mental clarity, emotional support, self-reflection and pattern visualisation.

New Norm decreases anxiety by 38% in 3 months and helps you reduce overwhelm, organize your thoughts, improve emotional awareness, and better understand yourself through one continuous mental hygiene space.

New Norm is consists of 4 main features: Talk Space, Mind Graph, Keeper and Planner.

Talk Space is your place to speak up, think things through, and understand what is really happening inside. It is powered by 15 AI support agents based on scientifically informed therapeutic modalities, helping you reflect, process emotions, organize thoughts, and receive structured support without being told what to do.

Keeper is your personal space to journal and keep everything that matters to you: thoughts, memories, screenshots, pictures, handwritten notes, voice memos, and reflections. Everything you keep can become part of your Mind Graph, your visualized memory, so you can return to it later, discuss it with New Nörm, and understand it more deeply.

Mind Graph visualizes your thoughts, emotional patterns, recurring themes, triggers, progress, and connections across time. It helps you see what is usually hard to notice, understand yourself better, and think through your inner world with more clarity.

Planner is the first planner designed around your mental state. It helps you plan your day in a way that reduces overwhelm, procrastination, guilt, and cognitive overload — so you can feel more focused, realistic, and effective.

Unlike traditional mental health apps focused only on isolated moments, New Nörm connects emotional support, mindfulness, journaling, self-reflection, mental organization, daily planning, emotional awareness, visualization, and continuous support in one daily mental hygiene space.

### ***** "A safe and refreshing perspective!"
The app provides empathy without bias, with emotions filtered out, which helps me look at situations from a fresh perspective. It feels like a calm, safe space that guides me through what’s on my mind—and unlike general chat tools, it comes across as sincere and personal.
-- Tatev.Avagyan, 2025-09-21

### ***** "This app is great"
It’s a safe space to talk through emotions and identify your goals.
-- Garik Zakaryan, 2025-09-20

### ***** "Ready for truth?"
It’s been a while that I am using the app and best thing about it is that never sugarcoats you while it can still provide empathy and understanding. Recommended to people who really want to hear the truth and are ready for positive change!
