Awesome service from Dedra who assisted me in signing up for the Newks rewards program. So very kind and courteous. A real asset to your establishment.

Value pairing is broken

If you get a full sandwich or salad with the value pairing it does not give you the option to pick what you want to pair it with and it won’t move forward with the order. You get a pop up that says oops something went wrong. We ended up calling in our order.

Birthday

Birthday is required to signup on the app. Why!? No. Too personal. You do no need my birthday to make a sandwich but you do to sell my info. Bad!!!

Major Disappointment

It has been a while since our last visit. Although I wasn’t totally pleased last visit my husband insisted as he loves the Newks sandwich. I opted for the BBQ pizza and it was very disappointing. The pizza and chicken was overcooked, drenched in bbq sauce! Even my husband who literally doesn’t complain about anything was unable to eat this mess, as I offered for him to at least try the pizza. Not impressed!
