Good app however it automatically puts in a 20% tip for an online pick up order. I’m all for tipping but not if you are just picking up an order, they don’t even bring it out to your car. The app shouldn’t put a 20% tip automatically.

Service was horrible! Ordered curbside pick up however no one brought the food to car had to go into the establishment. Server stated they were short on help as if she didn’t care. In addition I asked for extra cups of the bbq sauce to receive cups with sauce dripping down the sides.

Newks Eatery adds 3% to online customer orders using the app.  Their official corporate response to me, “The 3% app service fee was recently implemented to help cover the technology costs associated with mobile orders.”  

I frequent Newks 2 times a week for to-go orders.  Great food great staff, but sorry Newks, this is a deal breaker.

I normally enjoy my pizzas from here, sure they forget my shrimp here and there, but they fix it.. this time they forgot to add my shrimp, then proceeded to dump a whole thing of mushrooms onto my pizza after cooking, and it’s barely edible.. they did refund me but please yall i love this place! Do better.
