Good and aesthetically pleasing outfits
Worr worst qorst app, no new collections no new styles and I’m trying to order four quantities for me and my sisters, but I am unable to add more than one quantity, why? Very annoying it is, what is someone wants to order in bulk? Pls improve the app, otherwise the quality and designs are always been good, I’m a fan of it, but this disappointed me.

I'm appalled by my first experience with Newme. I ordered two tops during the December sale, expecting timely delivery. However, the estimated delivery date has been pushed back THREE TIMES - from Dec 11-14 to Dec 18-20, and now to Dec 27-31.The constant delays have ruined my plans to wear the tops, and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of reliability. What's causing these repeated delays? As a customer, I expect better communication and service. The worst part is the constant delays in delivery, with the service chat agents offering no meaningful assistance. They simply repeat the same reasons for the delay, which is unhelpful and frustrating.To make matters worse, the exchange process is a nightmare. I've wasted my money, time, and the product's material quality is subpar. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend Newme to anyone.

Shows easy return on all product description however doesn’t do the the same. You’ll be just wasting your money ordering from such apps.
Pathetic delivery. Order a top 15 days ago with a estimated delivery date of 27-30th, today is 30th and still the order is not dispatched yet. Make the delivery on time
I have been trying to contact your team for the past 2-3 days, but every time I try, I am only given the option to connect via the "Help and Support" section. However, this section does not provide any means to ask about returning or exchanging a product. Additionally, my order, which was received on the 25th, was closed on the 27th, making it impossible to take any help and support regarding exchange the product. It is extremely frustrating that I cannot get any help or support from your app or team to resolve this issue.
