## NEWPORT BMS Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t find my battery"
The app was working fine until recently. Now it doesn’t find my battery.
-- Osprey1955, 2026-08-23

### *---- "Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth"
Out on the water? Trying to figure out if you should keep going or turn back? Guess what!? The app doesn’t connect half the time to tell you your battery percentage. GOOD LUCK! And try not to get stuck on the water
-- Paul Deneno, 2026-08-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work most of the time"
I’m not sure how to make this app report any data, but I’ve been able to read out charge percentage with it only twice, and only when connected to a charger. And even then, it doesn’t always provide data. Newport clearly has abandoned this app.
-- pink3orange, 2026-07-05

### *---- "Terrible app!"
Gives you absolutely no information.
-- krom2009, 2025-09-27

### *---- "Option less"
Newport’s are great batteries but I have had 12 dollar battery monitors show 10x more features than this ap does. I would have expected more. Like notifications, history graphs, real time readings. All you get is the basic voltage and its not even real time. Ya have to dis/re connect to get it to update.
-- TysonTDW, 2025-07-21

### **--- "Doesn’t work well"
The app works good sometimes but too often when it tries to make a connection to the battery you get the pinwheel spinning indefinitely. It keeps searching without finding.
