Great app even when it’s free
Really happy with the app works well and gives you really good information. Having the colours determining the difficulty can make your day a pleasure instead of getting stuck on a track you shouldn’t have gone down. Hoping you have a sale on the app again soon so I can purchase the full version before the holiday period. Thanks Newtracks
It’s Ight
The app does its intended purpose only issue I have is a lot of tracks labeled “very difficult” you’ll go out to them and they are basically a flat road and the recent trail activities will even show they are “easy” tracks but won’t update. This goes the other way you’ll find “medium” tracks that are absolutely insane tracks and again recent trail activity will show people rating it as a very difficult trail. I’ve seen some tracks that are blue with 7+ people saying it’s a difficult trail but it won’t update the track colour. Idk might just be me who’s upset about that but what’s the point of rating a trail if it won’t change feels like the money spent to rate trails Is pointless. Other than that good app helped me find my way around heaps!
Offline map download
I’ve been trying to download the offline maps for NSW and while it downloaded the maps, the app keeps crashing while installing. Very frustrating.
Amazing
What an amazing app. I’ve used it three times now and each time it has worked flawlessly. I’m new to 4WD / offroading and after using this app, my confidence to get out there is even higher. Connects to Apple CarPlay and is easy to follow. (I have my phone in a cradle and run both Apple Maps and Newtracs at the same time, or as Newtracs is on the car screen, I use my phone to drop pins as I drive) Free app is good, it will give you enough to get by, but the paid option is the way to go for full functionality. (The yearly subscription is reasonable, Newtracs, please don’t jack up the price) Love the community based updates I can do to hopefully keep everyone up to date. Newtracs team, keep up the awesome work. Look forward to your future and my future of 4WD with you.

I have a account with new tracks but I have forgot the password I go to get the verification code but I am unable to continue after I enter the code the page freezes
One of the best for finding tracks.
This is the most simple way to find the closest tracks in your area. The colors are distinct and I know what everything is. Also there aren’t many apps that allow you to gauge the difficulty of these off road tracks, and you can get stuck on tracks that you underestimate if using other apps. One feature I wouldn’t mind is being able to see other users comments and reviews of the tracks, it’s a bit frustrating that there’s a good review system, but it’s only for the Newtracs team to look at.

Having trouble logging in…
Great selection of tracks
Was good at first but will not let me save a vehicle profile now after I had already entered one previously Edit- they reached out and released an update quickly that fixed the problem.
Gave it a workout
Hey guys. Just finished doing the Canning stock route. Just an update that although the map was pretty accurate I had issues with the app cutting out constantly on the display in my vehicle. Because I was premium I couldn’t use it on my phone separately so I had to turn it off and I ended up using Hema. It had potential but was pretty limited on information especially in isolated areas
