Update: I have videos stored LOCALLY on my phone (~70GB) worth. Just opened up the app and voilà "Loading error. Try again soon." So, I can't even watch videos stored on my iPhone?! The whole reason I let the app take up a massive amount of LOCAL storage on my phone is so I can immediately watch footage. Then when I pull the SD card to review it on my computer only 1/10th of the files are actually on there. And it’s all in like 4-5 second clips, so it’s thousands of files. Don’t waste your time or money on this camera. You’re much better off getting a cheap $40 one than this garbage. I even simulated an incident to see how the file is saved and it worked flawlessly. Great customer support as well that helped me without a hitch when i left my dash mount on an old car i sold! Christian from the support team helped me quickly and promptly sent me a new mount free of charge! They have all been helpful as I navigate pairing my old camera to my new vehicle. I will add this: since I got a new vehicle with Apple CarPlay, the wifi connection from legacy cameras like mine have made it unable to connect the camera AND the CarPlay simultaneously but the amazing support team is currently in contact with me hoping to resolve this and find a fix! My car was towed, including my nexar dash cam and other valuables, which were returned without mounting equipment. I needed to install this on my new vehicle but it was difficult without mounting equipment. I immediately messaged Nexar upon receiving my dash cam to inquire if I can get equipment to install it again. I spoke to Rache who walked me through the process and did a phenomenal job helping me. The customer service is next to no one. I’m gonna have Nexar until I can’t drive anymore.
