In real time, maintenance managers can route work orders to field technicians who get instant notifications when work is assigned to them. Field users can easily open and close work orders, saving tremendous time, effort and resources. In addition to work orders this first edition of the NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone  app provides an intuitively designed platform to manage service requests and asset inventory. If your assets are already mapped with ESRI, NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone  will display your entire asset database on a map, complete with GIS attributes, layers and base maps. This first edition of the NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone  app features: • DASHBOARD: Users can quickly view their top three work orders and service requests from the home screen with the ability to quickly view additional details on the go or get directions directly to the work site. • WORK ORDERS: Mobile work orders can transform the way your organization handles maintenance management. When work orders can be assigned, retrieved, edited and closed all from a mobile device then maintenance productivity and work efficiency is dramatically improved. • SERVICE REQUESTS: Improve responsiveness, transparency and accountability with service requests that show up on the GIS map the moment they’re submitted by a customer. Field staff can instantly respond to service requests and see which ones are nearest to their current location, color coded by priority. • ASSET INVENTORY: Users can search for asset inventory, add photos, modify information and create new assets. And everything gets updated in real time. • GIS: See all assets relative to your current location. View service requests and work orders on the map. Powerful mapping capabilities allow users to view, edit and report information from the field, saving time and improving efficiency. • NOTIFICATIONS: All push notifications work the same on the iPhone app just as they do on the iPad app. Note: You must have an NEXGEN Asset Management user account to login to the App. For help contact the NEXGEN Team at (888) 820-8880 or email us at support@nexgenam.com. ## NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/b5/12/44/b512442e-8114-913b-c8b4-353c45f9a10b/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/a3/45/27/a3452763-5d5a-4f61-2fa1-56b3580415b3/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/fa/1a/56/fa1a56af-7584-5194-5644-fb80f3452684/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/9a/ff/cc/9affcc03-faf7-bd48-7a15-3914d01ad271/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) ## NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 12 (80%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 1 (7%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 2 (13%) ## NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone Reviews in United States ### **--- "Most recent update has issues" The mobile app forced me to update today, now I no longer have access to the checklist feature in work orders. That is a major issue preventing users from being able to complete work orders. -- Blozero10, 2023-08-14 ### ***-- "App won’t load on my iPhone XR" I’m no sure what the problem is, but it never remains open long enough to get to the login page -- ldreith, 2022-03-04 ### *---- "App won’t load" I’ve tried everything from restarting my phone to deleting the app and reinstalling Atleast 10 time with no success. I just updated to iOS 15.2 and not sure if it’s not compatible but would love to have this issue fixed. -- nexgen22, 2021-12-16 [View all NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone Discovered Keywords - tri - nexgen mobile for iphone - nextgen mobile ## Apps Similar to NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone - [NexGen Atom](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-atom-rEob/united-states) - [Sensus FieldLogic Tools](https://apptail.io/app/sensus-fieldlogic-tools-Yukc/united-states) - [NextGen Success Community](https://apptail.io/app/nextgen-success-community-fPMc/united-states) - [WIN-911 Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/win-911-mobile-DPwd/united-states) - [SmartCover](https://apptail.io/app/smartcover-TiRd/united-states) - [USA North - CA](https://apptail.io/app/usa-north-ca-uRle/united-states) - [Tri-State Seminar, LLC](https://apptail.io/app/tri-state-seminar-llc-FfJh/united-states) - [WIMS Rio](https://apptail.io/app/wims-rio-VWFj/united-states) - [Field Sheet](https://apptail.io/app/field-sheet-sSJj/united-states) - [City of Mobile, AL 311](https://apptail.io/app/city-of-mobile-al-311-lWRm/united-states) ## NEXGEN Mobile for iPhone Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/united-states) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/bulgaria) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/brunei) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/belize) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/canada) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/colombia) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/spain) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/ireland) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/italy) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/new-zealand) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/sweden) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/belgium) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/nexgen-mobile-for-iphone-HfJh/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
