### *---- "Unuser friendly"
Impossible to change password
-- wethvu, 2025-07-01

### *---- "The worst customer service I ever experienced."
I called the customer service number. The lady who picked up the call was extremely rude and I am shocked that she cut the call when I asked about my claim amount which had been showing pending for 2 months. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that! Very disappointed and upset.
-- Aggokfy, 2025-01-23
