## NexPass Description
NexPass provides a safe and secure touchless parking experience.  It is the easiest, and quickest way to park and pay at Nexus Parking Systems.  Easily Find Nexus Parking Locations and navigate to them using Google, Apple, or Waze.   

 

Download, Register, and Park, it’s that easy!

 

All Participating garages will be equipped with a QR code at the entrance and exit for use by daily and monthly parkers.  Simply scan the QR code to enter and start your parking session. When you are ready to leave scan the QR code at the exit and pay securely using your phone.  Your receipts and parking sessions are easily accessible through the app. You will never have to take a ticket or worry about losing it again!   Monthly customers can download the app and manage their accounts from their phones.  Payments, start and end dates, and garage access is all done through the NexPass app!

### *---- "Trapped in Parkinng Garage"
This app is horrible it left me trapped in the Hamilton parking garage. I made an account with the app first rolled out last year and this year my car was still linked to the account but the app would not let me log in. When I try to reset my password to login it says to use my Apple credentials. There is no way to Sign in with Apple credentials?!? If I try to register it says the email is in use. If I use a new email and enter my license plate it says the car is in use.

I am so frustrated and don’t think I’ll ever be able to park my car in the Hamilton garage again because it is linked to a account that I can’t get to!!

Also customer service is non existent. If the gate attendant hadn’t manually raised the gate I don’t know how I would have ever gotten out. It also made a ridiculously long line as we tried to get it sorted out. An inconvenience and horrible experience. Please please contact me to delete the ghost account.

Frequent issues and that persisted for years. Really annoying when trying to just enter or exit a parking garage and this thing isn’t working right.

The license plate system has made a world of difference!  The gate goes up so quick when I pull in the lane.  Thank you, I was tired of getting stuck with tickets that had problems all the time!  This has made my commute much better!

The app doesn’t work. I parked my car in the morning and when I came to pick it up in the evening after 9 hrs, I clicked “tap to exit” and it says “loading”. This is an endless message. I was stuck there as the gate was not opening. The service person was kind enough to open the gate manually and let me go. I reached home and the app is still running and I am worried if its going to charge me again a hefty amount.

Set a new card as default and the old card was processed and denied like I new it would be which is why the other card was set as default so I got charged for one single day parking instead of the monthly pass and now I can’t add money to the card my company provides and there is no way to make a payment using multiple payment options so for the whole month of May I either have to pay single days or pay with another card not the one my company provides to save me money

I’m trying to register to buy my parking ticket with anticipation. But the only option is using my phone number. Once I receive the confirmation code, the app closes and you can’t continue with the registration. There’s no other option to register, bad app design, shouldn’t be that complicated.

The app is pretty fluid and works very quickly when you open it. That’s a big deal for something like this, when you’re pulling into a garage trying to make your train… you don’t wanna be fumbling with an app for 30 seconds just to get the gate up. 

I love that as soon as your camera opens to show the barcode, the gate immediately opens, every time. No back and forth trying to get your credit card to work in the ancient reader. That’s probably the #1 reason to use the app over paying with card or ticket, so much less hassle. 

Plus you can keep track of your parking session on your phone from anywhere, so I know exactly how much I’m paying and that my car is still there, even when im 100 miles away in a different city.
