Love next gear only 1 criticism is that sale Website could do with an update. Ie when an item is sold out it should not show up on search etc as you have to click on & out of each one & then just shows up as unavailable (where is should not show up at all if sold out).

Love Next for online shopping but find it frustrating when you select an item and add to basket only to be told it sold out.
When you filter my age and go to select an item it is not available in the size you have filter for. 
Item regular sell out in me while in my basket most site will hold items for a short period of time.

Next does have a brilliant selection items across their site but online experience can be annoying for the reason O have listed.

What’s the point of putting in a filter if the items aren’t available? It’s extremely frustrating. I get it, there are thousands of products but many other websites/apps have their filtering system sorted. 
If you’re looking for a particular size or colour and they are out of stock, then they shouldn’t appear after going to the bother of searching for certain items.

This is the most amazing  service ever ! I ordered in the evening on Friday and before lunch time Saturday I got an email but I thought it may be wrong . Low and behold before lunch dpd delivered my order , I was blown away . I think I will be doing the majority of my Christmas gifts on this app . Truly second to none , amazing !
