It keeps logging me out and forgetting my saved/liked items. Also the search function will change your query in something that kind of sounds like what you entered. Even if you know items are named a certain way, it will search for something else.

The application is lagging while scrolling. It doesn't properly work with filters and searches. For example, when selecting a size, it still shows items that are sold out and out of stock. Every time you open it, you have to log in again because it doesn't save your username and password.

App op zich prima maar bij het bestellen ging het mis. Na betaling via Ideal is geld afgeschreven maar de bestelling zie ik niet terug in de app. Ook geen bevestiging in de mail en de bestelde artikelen zitten nog in mijn winkelmand alsof ik niet net besteld en betaald heb. Heel irritant allemaal.

I love their clothes! Especially for baby’s and kids. So cute and colourful. But shopping would be so much more efficient if the filter and stock are synchronised. E.g. you look for size 92 girls clothes and use this in your filter, currently you get all sold out products (which are a lot of items) and shopping just becomes really exhausting and irritating scrolling through hundreds of unavailable products (which you only see after clicking on it and trying to add it to your cart. I wish the app would only show size 92 AND ‘in stock’ after I put it in my search. Another thing I do not like is that Next charges 6€ for returns in The Netherlands. Which is the highest amount I have ever seen for returns, (probably because they operate from Germany). Usually returns are free here, like H&M.

I really do love Next clothes for my kids and myself, but the app frustrates me for showing items that are completely sold out in all sizes, and another frustrating element is when I filter for a certain size, that filter does absolutely nothing and still shows me all sizes, which is pointless if the size I’m looking for is sold out.
