The app is not working effectively. For several days, I haven't been able to log in and access my account. Also, the order tracking feature hasn't been working for a long time, and the option to view previous orders is also not functioning. What's even more frustrating is that if I add products to the cart and exit the app, I come back to find the cart empty again. The app needs a lot of improvement; it’s unacceptable for an app from such a well-known brand to have so many issues. Apps from other, less established brands work much more effectively and have several features. I hope for improvements because this is very annoying!
