There isn’t a clear profile account, the chat bot cannot verify the identity although you give him over and over the same info, it keeps asking for full name and other fields which you, the account holder cannot see because of data privacy?! Seriously! Navigation is slow, not intuitive, and overall awful web app for retail online.

The app needs basic improvements. The products disappear from the “favorites” list as soon as they are added, making the user experience a burden when it comes to following a product or comparing it for future purchases. The whole point of a favorite list is to allow users to pick and choose.

Nu este funcțională opțiunea de Favorite, lista se golește după închiderea aplicației. Nu rămâi logat, trebuie să te loghezi de fiecare dată.

Where did the "tall" sizes go in the Romanian version of the app? Where it still appears, the size 40 tall is completely missing. However, the 46 tall size shows up twice. The Favorites option isn't working either; the list empties after closing the app. You also don't stay logged in; you have to log in every time.
