The search function is no help at all. All my favorites are deleted every time I log in. And I have to actually log in every time I want to use the app. This is really the primary reason why I never gets to buy anything as I can’t remember what I want to buy!

Everything works apart from the small detail that I can not purchase anything - I wasted an hour browsing and I wanted to purchase several items and then ends in a loop when I want to checkout. Not Okay!!

Quality is always reliable, and price always good. Nice stores, well laid out. Locations good and accessible. I enjoy visiting my local Hereford store, it has that nice friendly and comfy atmosphere we used to enjoy. And I'm in my eightieth year! Thank you NEXT, Henry at Hereford

Kept asking me to review my order before completing. Had to do it 10+ times before completed. Things in my bag became unavailable without notice

Every time I try and sign in there’s an error message saying access denied, and that I don’t have permission to sign in on this server. No issues on the website but I now can’t use the app.

On my iPad my cart never shows on the top right of the page, as shown on your demo pages. D’ont know how to get to it and it makes it impossible to edit my order.

The app should have a section for easy returns! And I shouldn’t be charged for each separate shipment

I’ve found it disgusting that the CEO of Next supports the genocide of Poor Palestinians. No food, no medicine, no water in Gaza and the CEO is promoting the criminal IDF. I found it against humanity to buy anything from Next. I’ve been a loyal Next customer but not ANYMORE. You have children’s blood in your hand. Be a human and boycott Next.

It has to be one of the best websites ever. Love they have other brands and collecting and returning is so simple! Thank you 🥰
