Filters werken helemaal niet . Kan tig keer aangeven dat ik voor een pasgeboren meisje zoek maar blijf alle maten en ook alles voor jongens krijgen. Zwaar irritant . Nu herinner ik me weer waarom ik de app destijds verwijderd heb weer. Niks veranderd .
I love their clothes! Especially for baby’s and kids. So cute and colourful. But shopping would be so much more efficient if the filter and stock are synchronised. E.g. you look for size 92 girls clothes and use this in your filter, currently you get all sold out products (which are a lot of items) and shopping just becomes really exhausting and irritating scrolling through hundreds of unavailable products (which you only see after clicking on it and trying to add it to your cart. I wish the app would only show size 92 AND ‘in stock’ after I put it in my search. Another thing I do not like is that Next charges 6€ for returns in The Netherlands. Which is the highest amount I have ever seen for returns, (probably because they operate from Germany). Usually returns are free here, like H&M.
Ik bestel bij Next sinds 2014, nooit een probleem gehad, altijd mooie kleren voor mezelf en de kids voor zeer aantrekkelijke prijzen, enige wat ik erg jammer vind is de €6 die bij retourneren moet betalen.
Filter don't work perfectly, selected size never found.
Filters to find available size. Was not active properly. The SOLD OUT/NOT AVAILABLE size still included in the results. It’s annoying. Every time wanna buy some items. It’s turn out SOLD OUT.! Because the app was not gives you the right results.
Erg leuke kleding, maar van die app krijg ik een punthoofd. Filteren werkt niet. En als je zoekt op een maat, vindt die vooral de kledingstukken die niet meer in die maat te krijgen zijn. Ik zou er meer shoppen als dit gebruiksvriendelijker is.
I really do love Next clothes for my kids and myself, but the app frustrates me for showing items that are completely sold out in all sizes, and another frustrating element is when I filter for a certain size, that filter does absolutely nothing and still shows me all sizes, which is pointless if the size I’m looking for is sold out.
I like the app overall but the filter option does not work so if I put in a size or other filter option, I get pages and pages of things that are sold out or unavailable. It’s very frustrating and time consuming. Please fix this.
Size filter doesn’t work, which makes the search pretty much useless. Other users report this too, so seems like a big issue you have to prioritize (?) for a web-shop of your size? Would use it much more if I could find the clothes for the sizes I need.
Fijne app en next heeft echt voor iedereen wel iets waar je blij van wordt
