Improve the app

I have purchased the ápp but I’m not able to view the lectures after the recent update. I am an ios user and the notes aren’t available and the videos aren’t playing. But I’m able to watch the introduction videos and free lectures but not the paid ones after the update even though I’ve purchased it. Please look into my problem and solve it

Problems with the live or recorded sessions

Sir I am not able to hear the voice of any teacher in live session and recorded sessions in my ios kindly please help me !

Issue

This app’s sound is not working on my IOS device. I mailed the team this issue but no response. Please try to fix it

Audio unavailable

I am genuinely facing so problems like the audio of the video is not working at all even tho I deleted the app and re logged but still it’s the same, in the starting it was working fine but all of a sudden the audio is unavailable in every single video pls fix my problem soon thanks.

Bug fix

Sir I bought this batch but I am not able to attend classes on my laptop and phone there are lot of problems in pc and ios device pls sir it’s a huge request to solve this issue 🙏

Can’t Open notes

In IOS application I can’t open lecture notes it is showing file not found. Please resolve this problem.

I am facing a lot of issues with the working of app First i can’t access the sst lecture 2 of power sharing Second i am not able to the notes of all lecture Whenever i click the read option it shows “file not found “ Third i am not able to open the chat section 4th the app in general is very buggy But thats fine i hope you will fix all these issues
