A fully customizable interval timer:
Create your intervals. Specify reps, sets, colours and sounds. Tailor it to your purpose and needs. Minimal design and easy to use. Options for rep-based intervals and images.

Display options:
Choose to run your timer in a detailed view that auto-scrolls through intervals or a full-screen mode for a larger, easily visible display. Both modes support portrait and landscape orientations.

Visual details:
In detailed view, running intervals and sets are highlighted, providing a clear visual cue. For intervals with multiple reps, the highlighted area indicates the percentage completed. Set optional background colours on intervals for a visual cue. Light and dark mode versions are available and will adapt to your preferences set on your device.

Quick actions:
Set an interim interval that will automatically be added between intervals. Optionally, end your timer with the interim interval. Skip or backtrack through intervals using intuitive arrow buttons. Swipe actions allow for easy deletion and duplication of intervals and sets.

When software is at its best, it helps humans be better versions of themselves… this humble little app lives up to that.

I started looking for a timer when I was running meetings with my team where each person needed to speak, and we need to make it all the way around but I didn’t want to be the one personally interrupting everyone. This solved that problem perfectly.

I’ve since started using it for blocking all tasks. I hate doing around the house and just setting aside time for them.

If I exercised, I would use it for that too…

Overall it works well. Customizing is exactly what I wanted. The only issue and it’s a frustrating one is the beep doesn’t work when my screen is locked. I’ve looked at the FAQ and ensured everything is on and volume is up but nothing. Even reinstalled it. My watch will vibrate so it’s something but when the screen is locked, even if nothing else is playing, it won’t beep.

This is the only timer i found that allowed me to vary my intervals any amount. Many other apps enable me to make sets of 3 minute intervals or 4 minute intervals but NONE of the others allowed me to make the first set 1 minute the next four sets 3 minutes the next pair of sets half a minute etc. this program allows for full customization- which i use for training when i run 🏃🏿 and also for timing yoga poses in a sequence (you can imagine how useful full customization is for these two activities) And the price was only 99cents ! Buy it now 😊

App used to let you make multiple custom timers. I had 5 or 6. When I tried to update them, the app now only lets me have 3 custom timers so I had to delete most of my previous timers. 

I can just monitor my stopwatch instead of having to pay.
