There are constant problems when trying to hire and return bikes. I check that it’s in an area that’s fine to return the bike and I get fined about 50% of the time with the app saying it’s incorrect. I’ve started taking screenshots of the map display everytime I park to prove that it’s in the pink zone. It’s hard to contact them and impossible to send photo evidence. Where I live in Berlin there are rarely any bikes for use, and the map doesn’t show where they are correctly. In addition the app constantly bugs during use and doesn’t allow you to return the bikes, or says you’ve returned them incorrectly. Often the app isn’t working so you can’t submit feedback. 75-85% of the times I use the app I have a problem.

Hi, I’ve used the bikes about eight times and generally it’s been a very effective way of utilising the service. Only a couple of issues is some of the bikes need maintenance because some of the headsets are a bit loose but apart from that all good cheers Richard

As others have stated. It doesn’t send the pin number to my phone. Now this may just be and Australian phone number problem but that doesn’t make it acceptable. I will amend this review if and when they fix this problem.

I have an Australian phone number, app won’t send the PIN number to my phone so it is impossible to register to use the service. (Yes, I’ve entered my cell number correctly)
