Live the bike service.

What a great service to use! Suggestion for improvement: add directional view to the map when trying to find a bike. It helps orientating yourself especially if you are not familiar with the area.

easy and fun until I received several bills weeks later for so-called use while we were no long in Berlin. Instead of 14 eur, they charged almost 300 eur. After several complaints the bill was reduced to 66 eur. Advice: take a screenshot when you park and lock your bike as the registration system fails.

But don’t forget to return the bike in the app too.

Very nice experience. I like free floating principle instead of station. Hope to see you in more and more cities

Bikes are nice and comfortable. What I’ve missed is a lack of electricity power. They have no such engines ;) My first ride was wonderful.

It was so easy to use, the bike itself was in a very good condition. So highly recommended!
