Forgot your bike, miss the bus, flat tire? Find a nextbike near you with the nextbike app and start cycling right away - available at any hour and with just a few easy steps.

To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.

With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

U aplikaciji nije moguće vidjeti povijest najmova, osim za jedan mjesec (prošli). Služba za korisnike kaže da izbrišem cache, odjavim se iz aplikacije i ponovno je instaliram. Jeste li vi realni??? A kao drugo, JESAM. I DALJE NE VALJA!!!!!!

If I could give it less than this I would. This is legal scam. First you download it, accept everything, and then when you think that maybe you can use something, you need to add 10 euros to your account. If you think that the rest would be given to you, no do not hope for it. So If you think using this only once, like I did cause where I live this does not exist. If you need to use it for a quick ride its cheeper to get a taxi. We will see how long it takes for them to steal the rest of my money cause I won’t use it in their record time.

Zao mi je sto ne mogu ostaviti 5  star review, ali previse puta mi je racun bio blokiran zbog neispravnog gps pracenja bicikla. Ostavio bi bicikl unutar postaje ali bi mi svejedno bio naplacen serivce fee i onda sam se morao vise puta natezati sa supportom da se moj problem za koji nisam kriv, konacno rijesi.

Maybe 20 % bikes are unusable due to various technical faults. The app will often say that there are 4-5 bikes at the location whereas in reality usually there is one. And that one is often broken. The company makes money by issuing bogus fines. For example, they remotely unlock the bike after you have it parked and locked by unlocking the bike remotely.  This company is a bunch of crooks and should be avoided.
