Really way better than the equivalent bike sharing scheme in Paris (‘velib’): bikes are much better maintained , better designed, lighter , almost always a bike available nearby, and the convenience and user-friendliness of the app is perfect ! Well done !

I tried to rent a bike but three bikes gave me message that it is unavailable I almost missed my bus to the destination because of that

No bikes were available in the city. We rent 3 bikes eventually but one was broken.

I rented a bike for approximately 30 mins, instead I got charged for 2 bikes, one with 24hours and another with 2 days. This is a scam, I tried calling and contacting customer service but it’s no use to resolve this problem. RIP bank account.
