To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

Ich bin vor kurzem in die Stadt Mannheim gezogen hier gibt es überall die Stationen super praktisch super einfach, kann ich nur empfehlen

Nicht auffindbare Geisterfahrräder verderben regelmäßig die Laune
Geisterfahrräder: Regelmäßig gibt es angeblich Fahrräder an Stationen (die man sogar reservieren kann) und dann ist keines davon auffindbar. Gestern sollte es an einer Station 3 Räder geben und es war KEIN EINZIGES dort und ja, ich hab es nachgeprüft und war auch am richtigen Ort, hab Fotos und Videos gemacht. An der nächsten Station mit einem Rad das Gleiche, danke für nichts, zu Fuß kann ich auch ohne Nextbike gehen. Das ist richtig ärgerlich, weil es regelmäßig passiert. Außerdem gibt es auch keine Möglichkeit, dies irgendwo zu melden. Ansonsten funktioniert der Dienst und die Räder zu 90-95% und ich bin zufrieden.
Super System
Zuverlässig, gute Räder, guter Support, gute App. Ich nutze das System in Berlin seit Jahren. (Hoffentlich bleibt es noch lange so gut - ich habe bereits den Abstieg des DB-bike Systems erlebt …)
