The app is very functional, notifications useful and reactive. The only problem I had (3 times in a week) was with the gps. The app notified me that the bike wasn’t returned at a station even though it was. I called the 24/7 service and they fixed the problem immediately. But it’s a shame that it happened 3 times in a row. Otherwise, I love using these bikes. It’s very easy, safe and no bad surprise. Thank you !

Convenient, with many locations and short term rentals and the opportunity to return in a different location. Rates vary.
I love the fact that it’s free for the first 20 min, and I love that I can rent for myself and my friends at the same time. Only thing is, I was promised extra points for returning bikes found laying around not in place, however I never received points for the recovered bikes. And if you are not polish and use it in Poland, it takes a lot more effort to sign up and start using the app. The app is still really convenient, especially for students when they find a way to set it up.

The bikes are often in poor conditions, the locks get jammed and you can’t use your bike, nor return it to get another one, shows stations that don’t exist... there hasn’t been a rental without problem so far...
The bike rental stations are quite often offline, their customer service is basically unreachable and they do not to my knowledge answer on the Facebook customer support. City bikes are awesome, but this service is poorly executed.
