Be aware that if you leave the bike outside the official parking lot you’ll be charged 20€ fee. I tried to talk to the staff but they are very rude. Bellow is the conversation: Me: Hello, I leaved the bike next to other nextbikes in what appeared to be a parking spot. I didn’t get any message that the location is not ok right away. The message with wrong location came 30 minutes later, and at that time I was far away. Please send me my money back, I just want to use your service without problems. Thank you! Ciprian Nextbike: Dear Ciprian, Unfortunately, we can not refund you the money since you return the bike not to an official nextbike station. Nu pot primi cod pin.
Am tot încercat să îmi fac cont.. aplicație îmi spune ca trimite cod pin pentru a mă conecta.. bineînțeles ca nu am primit nimic. Am încercat să resetez codul pin și mă lovesc de aceiași problemă.. poate rezolvați și voi vă rog aceste bug uri .
