To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

Grija mare! Au implementat o amenda de 100 de ron daca bicicleta e lasata in afara statiei de parcare, mi am inchis aplicatia cu gandul ca ramane in fundal, si ce sa vezi, nu a ramas, instant mi au luat banii ca nu-s fraieri si nici nu am mai primit raspuns la feedback-ul meu. Nici macar nu i am dat pe optiunea blocare de la bicicleta. S au gandit sa le mearga mai bine cu debitarea asta de 20 de euro probabil. Japca si dezamagitor.

Do not use this app.
I had the same problem as other confused tourists trying to just rent a bike. I got charged 20€ because i did not leave the bike in a station. I just left the bike somewhere with other bikes like that because i thought it was a station, and when i did i got no notification or warning whatsoever that i did not leave the bike in a designated spot. I woke up in the morning with the notification saying that i have to go and take the bike and place it in a station or i have to pay 20€, and surprise, the bike was not there anymore. I left multiple messages to customer service but to no effect. Only today, after weeks i got a response saying that they cannot refund the 20 euros. Dont tell me about the terms and conditions which i agreed to and every customer has to agree to in order to use the app, it doesn’t justify taking advantage of your customers. Decent bikes and amazing rental prices, but i can not recommend this app as long as this issue exists.

Multe din biciclete sunt defecte din cauza populației. Ideea este bună, însă nu cred că ar trebui să fie lumea mai informată și consiliată
