Forgot your bike, miss the bus, flat tire? Find a nextbike near you with the nextbike app and start cycling right away - available at any hour and with just a few easy steps.

To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.

With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

Went to rent a bike first they want you to pay 10 eur before renting a bike, you pay and you can reserve the bike you get a code and the bike lock doesn’t want to open but time starts running, you call support nobody is answering waiting more than 20min on the line… the worst you can not delete card details so they take money without you needing to confirm

They charged me 15€ for absolutely no reason, claiming I parked outside of the parking area, which was not the case and which I proved with photos of the parked bike at the station. Terrible customer services. Also bikes are often broken with no electricity, so you have to test a few to find a good one.

Just starting with totally misleading pricing of the voucher: One day pass for 3€ actually means you have 30min free and then every 30min you pay 1€ … so it is NOT 3€ for the whole day. 
Starting and charging UX was extremely poor. Top-up from PayPal took 1d (!!!) to be seen on my account and I needed to call support team for that. As I was charged beyond expectations, I needed to call several time to support team, not resolved after 3days, and lots of issues as my origin country was different from rent location (Berlin). My advice - go elswhere
