Everything worked great.

I was mostly happy with this app and it allowed us to use bikes all over Berlin on a recent vacation. BUT, I would recommend against using the park feature if you’re stopping somewhere for a break and leaving the bikes unattended. It is not difficult for others to unlock the bikes and take them and ride them while you’re being charged. Our bikes were taken while locked and parked and the extremely rude and unhelpful customer service accused us of having left them unlocked; she then hung up on me after I asked to speak to a manager (how does their app not see that the bikes were parked and locked?). Afterward, I saw we were instantly charged €25 per bike. I will dispute this charge with my credit card company but that seems to be my only recourse. Also, I would encourage you to stop the rental each time you stop and leave your bikes, parking and locking them means nothing. It’s usually easy enough to find new bikes if needed. Again, mostly happy but the app needs work or it’s easily hacked, I don’t know.

Great app, but bikes are old and often have issues

Easy, well-priced, and well-maintained. It would be nice to show the rider’s current location in the app, though it can be easily paired with Google maps.

I rented 3 bikes in Gothenburg, Sweden, and I wish I didn’t. So me and 2 family members got on our bikes, and after 20 min we decided to stop, but I couldn’t stop the counter on 2 of them even if I locked the bike, and after about 5 mins wasted , I decided to call the service, as a tourist, my roaming data costs extra , and morover, the service charged me 200 krona for a 2 min support 😤😤, let’s not forget that you get charged 10 krona when you first want to rent but you never get it back. This app is scaming people, I do not recommend and I want my refund cuz you have no right to charge me for a technical problem in your bike 😡😡 One other thing, the minimum you pay per bike is 20 krona , so if you just wanted it for a couple of minutes, then it’s starting from 20 and that’s expensive for a non electric bike

Bicycles are in very good condition and the app is easy to use. The app was locking up and not showing the current rental until I restarted it. Overall a great bike share program sponsored by EDEKA!

First time rental, great instructions, bike worked great! Will definitely use again!
