## Nextcloud Anwesenheit Description
Wissen, wer kommt – zu jeder Probe, jedem Training, jeder Sitzung. Anwesenheit sammelt Zu- und Absagen ein, hält beim Check-in fest, wer wirklich da war, und schlüsselt jede Antwort nach deinen Gruppen auf. Alles auf deinem eigenen Nextcloud-Server.

SELF-CHECK-IN PER QR-CODE ODER NFC
Häng einen ausgedruckten Code an die Tür oder kleb einen NFC-Tag daneben. Beim Ankommen scannen oder antippen – die Anwesenheitsliste füllt sich von selbst. Ein Code gilt für alle Termine, die App ordnet den Scan dem Termin zu, der gerade läuft. Niemand steht mehr mit einer Liste am Eingang.

PUSH-BENACHRICHTIGUNGEN
Neue Termine, Erinnerungen und Antworten kommen sofort an. Dein Server verschlüsselt die Nachricht, unser Relay leitet sie nur weiter und kann sie nicht öffnen.

UNTERWEGS ANTWORTEN
• Ja, Nein oder Vielleicht mit einem Wisch, auf Wunsch mit Kommentar
• Antworten jederzeit ändern oder zurückziehen
• Unbeantwortete Termine zuerst, Anzahl als Badge am App-Symbol
• Antwortübersicht nach Gruppen und Teams, mit Kommentaren der anderen

TERMINE ANLEGEN UND PFLEGEN
• Serientermine: täglich, wöchentlich oder monatlich
• Kategorie, Ort und Beschreibung mit Markdown
• Anhänge direkt aus Nextcloud Files
• Sichtbarkeit auf einzelne Personen, Gruppen oder Teams beschränken
• Antwortfristen, automatische Erinnerungen, Gäste per E-Mail einladen
