Can never see photos and thumbnails can’t be expanded to view clearly. Their content doesn’t get properly screened since there’s plenty of scam artists using the app. Responses are also hard to view and one never knows what area the other seller or buyer is from, in being unable to view the ads clearly. This app seriously needs some work if they’re competing with other apps out there. Another issue is the bombardment of emails I receive and the fact the app had put me as a “lead” without my personal consent. All before even seeing what the app really has to offer. As a new user I stumbled across this app and don’t even know if it’s something I’ll find valuable yet. I just wanted to dip my toes in the water and try it out. Want to improve activation? Ask your users for less on signup and only ask permission for things like notifications and email permissions when the value can be realised. You need to do this even if you’ve deleted the app and think you’ve unsubscribed from the emails, because sadly you have not. Oh my lawd! Worst spam and constant email and it takes 10,000 steps to unsubscribe and uncheck every damn category of emails and messages. They would not stop even after I deleted the app. I don’t want to be constantly spammed by an app. Apps are supposed to be useful, not an extra daily pain in the @rse! It took me two days to hate this app, because of the spam emails. No wonder hardly anyone in my town is a member.
