They have a gazillion sections to deal with notifications and there is no unsubscribe all. I have been trying to unsubscribe from all the spam I get for many days and eventually ended up deactivating my account. It’s only while deactivating they share an option to unsubscribe all! What a cunning way to keep people on the hook for a free account! I would stay away from this app.

Literally did not consent to provide my address and auto invites to people around me. The app does it after my own family asked me if I had invited them. Definitely reporting this app.
Update and reply: Thats the problem I never gave my concent and it still sent my name and address to everyone and I only found out because my parents and other family members pointed it out to me. Stop replying with pre-written responses, this app breaches privacy and you guys know it.

The functionality of this app is AWFUL. Constant errors with trying to update a simple detail on my account/profile. You also are REQUIRED to add your entire street address. You should just be able to sign up to your neighbourhood, not provide your entire location
And after reading other reviews they send your PERSONAL INFORMATION BY MAIL TO YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD? WTAF is wrong with the developers of this app??

I expected to find a site where I could find out events in my neighborhood, garage sales, item for sale etc. what I found is people with nothing better to do spying on their neighbors..complaining that they don’t cut their grass, their kids are too loud etc. You don’t need to watch the news as many people post articles about politics, almost exclusively far left. God forbid you have an opposing opinion. I got death threats from a bike lobby when someone suggested we should all ride to work. I said I work a 90 minute drive away and that’s not practical. The comments were venemous and personal. I deleted the APP, not worth the aggravation.

This app is where elderly woman go to complain about there neighbours and neighbourhood. When I was on it i would help the elderly in my area, give things away, help and uplift people. I stuck up for a few people from these elderly bullies and ended up suspended a few days for it for being disrespectful. Even tho they were disrespectful first, their accounts didn’t get suspended. Nextdoor staff supports bullying by punishing people who stand up and look out for the little people. This app and the people who run it are useless. Great idea but horrible fail.
