## NexTraq® Connect Description
Put the power of communication in the palm of your hand.  With NexTraq Connect, your field employees can remotely clock work hours, receive and update jobs, find the easiest route to your customers and MUCH more.

Because your business activities aren't limited to the office, NexTraq allows you and your field employees to efficiently stay connected via iPhone or iPad.  Designed to make field employees more productive in daily business activities, this app will allow your team to be more efficient, no matter where they are.

From the field, employees can use the Connect app to:
• Record clock in/out times and breaks
• Communicate job receipt, job start and job completion status
• View jobs and customer locations on a map
• Assign themselves to a vehicle
• View customer contact information
• Report vehicle maintenance needs (i.e. an oil change, check engine light on, low tire pressure, etc.)
• View the most efficient route to a location

I’m a service plumber, and I have calls dispatched to me by my office using this app. App constantly lag’s, takes forever to load and refresh when a new job has been sent to me, and I constantly have to double or triple select the status of each job in order to progress. I am able to get it to work, but it takes patience and lots of frustration. Several of my co-workers agreee with me as well. This app seems like it was created my a mediocre design team, and seems like it was created in 2004. The technology seems so outdated and slow. And yes, we’ve all tried un-installing the app, restarting phones, etc. Doesn’t matter. Might as well have my dispatcher send my next call to me via carrier pigeon.

No option to go back and clock in or out if you forget, so you either work 24 hours or no hours. Needs to go back to the previous version time card.

I found the old app very useful to locate vehicles. The new app does not locate anymore with reliability. Never before did you have to keep zooming in to try and see where it is located if it is even at that location. They wreaked a good thing with this upgrade.

I always loved the Mobil app and then they had to fix it when it wasn't broke. Now if I log on to see where a unit is located it might be 30 minutes to a full day since its last track with no way to refresh. I have switched vehicles and even deleted the app and reloaded it. The app is worthless too me. 
UPDATE: They are possibly adding a refresh button that would fix my concerns.
