NexusPay is broken on iOS 26 for my iPhone 12. It crashes on launch every time, despite restarts and reinstalls. No app update available yet. Essential for my daily transactions in Bangladesh, this is a huge letdown. DBBL needs to fix this fast. Avoid updating to iOS 26 if you rely on NexusPay.

Update your app to be able to send otp to email address like other banks. I travel a lot outside and roaming doesn’t work well always. Also add the ability to pay my USD card bills. And make the time to enter otp at least 2-3 minutes. 1 minute is very small time for otp expiration due to mobile operators network delay.
