## NexusPay Description
NexusPay delivers a seamless car parking experience - you can now search, book and easily pay for parking using our simple, user friendly app. Download the app, choose your location and park, without the hassle of queueing in line for a machine, or rushing off to a local shop for change! You can also extend parking via the app (if your location allows) without having to return to your car, allowing you to stay focused on what matters to you.

You need at least 30 mins to get this app working. First it doesn’t send you the activation code for 15 mins, then you can’t put all your details, trying to put a card nr is a nightmare, you can only chose the current month on the valid date ( I had to change year to 2029 before i could chose June)!

Tedious to set up in the first place. Lots of features that are standard on most phones ( use of post code to derive address) missing or weirdly implemented ( scrolling up for dates). Deeply unimpressed

For an app that most people get because they are forced to pay for parking - something you do on the spot - this app has an onboarding process from the past. No ability to use any of the common accounts for sign-up (e.g. google or fb login), lengthy confirmation code wait, but payment is the best. Filling in the card details only to have the apple pay option on the next screen, when you have filled all the fields. No information on supported credit cards. I am not commenting on the ugly interface, but it is on par with the rest of the experience.

Couldnt create an account because of an error when you agree to the terms and conditions. My friend used their account instead which wouldn’t let you use Apple Pay and took forever to find the location.

Wonder how many people have got fines because the app doesn’t work.

Considering you jump down people's throats for going a minute over, the least you could do is get YOUR app to work properly !

I have to use this app to pay for parking everyone I go to the royal Surrey hospital and unfortunately I need to visit more frequently than I would like. It keeps logging me out 
which is horrendous and not easy to log back in, so I have to spend extra time faffing around before I can go in. The UI is rubbish you get stuck in loops and have to restart the app to be able to get to the right screen at times. extending is also only possible for the same time I booked for, how does that make sense !?!

I was going to buy more than the free parking allowance but couldn’t face any more typing. Gave up and rushed the shopping. So in a bizarre way this app saved me money !!

What a waste of time. Won’t let you proceed until you have entered all of your card details, then gives you the chance to use Apple Pay instead? Not intuitive. Gives different options when asking to add cars, first way didn’t even ask for the reg? Mandates a phone number, not a good app. Will only use as I have to.

Have to register and does not have option to use hide my email. Have to enter card details before you use Apple Pay, seriously what is the point. Have to use this app for hospital visits but with the standard of the app really worry about their data security

Who makes apps like this any more? It feels like there were no product managers or user experience experts within a 50 mile radius.

The registration process is extended and tedious. You’re asked to enter your phone AND email, both twice, for verification (who still does this!?). You can’t copy/paste or autofill. The password needs to be entered manually (no password manager involvement and no copy of the password saved to your phone’s password manager). You can paste to the password text box (if you like to generate strong passwords), but not to the verification one. They ask for way more info than needed… the list goes on.

For the payment, it asked me to add card details (manually, again), then, once I’d done that (address and all), it gave the option to use Apple Pay!

O! M! G! I only put up with it to avoid a fine at the car park (which I’d blissfully walked away from, thinking paying by app was a good idea). The only way users will stick with it is if, like me, that have no choice.

And these clowns now have my card details! Can they even store them securely? Given their ability to code apps, I fear not…

Save the hassle of installing and deleting and just avoid.
