It’s as if they don’t have any end users (e.g., working officials) using their app. Now, the latest iteration - NFHS Digital - only works on one mobile device. No longer can officials have quick access on their phone, and access later on a tablet for easier reading and research. Only one device can be “activated” on an account. Once of the easiest ways to search for rules and case plays involves searching for key words. While the initial listing looks decent, it does not allow you to cycle through the book search for just that word. The initial list is also not all inclusive. Example: search for “inadvertently” in baseball case book. The list does not show all results. PLEASE gives us a laptop/computer based version so we can train ourselves and others better. Feel free to contact me directly to get much over due edits correct. It is not searchable, so finding specific rules or key terms requires manually scrolling through every page. This is especially frustrating for rules located toward the end of the document. In practice, the PDF is slower and less efficient than using a printed copy, making it essentially unusable for quick reference.
