Very very annoying details
In Canada, when opening the app, the first screen is the game pass screen promoting the service but… I’M ALREADY PAYING FOR IT. You have nothing to sell to me. Please take me to the schedule or articles. Also, when opening a game details, video autoplays with sound on… it is VERY annoying. I understand the NFL wants ad revenues but this? Big no no. I think I’d rather have interstisials when navigating. Sad because otherwise it’s a good app with good design but those details are ruining the whole experience.
Time for another fix
Although my iPad has never left Canada, for the last few weeks some articles come up in Spanish. My iPad is only set to English. I am disappointed that there is no direct NFL support for the Canadian market, as I did try going through the support link on the app. Other than this issue, the latest iteration of this app is working as it should for me.

You do realise none of your click-bait push notifications actually take the user to the correct story right? Just drops you off at the homepage or interstitial Ad for whatever you’re trying to sell. Shockingly bad app experience overall for an NFL product
Needs Location
A sporting app that requires your location to function is simply a bad product.
No News Poor
For some reason there is no news anymore and all I get is a reload button saying there was an error. I was not liking the app much anymore as it would only work some times.
News Failing to Load
For over a month now, the news section has been giving a ‘signal fumbled or something went wrong’ message whenever I click on a news notification. The app is basically half useless if I can’t access the news updates. Please fix this
