While the app has excellent graphics and data, and can provide a fan pleasing experience, I am continually and incessantly required to login not only to my NFL+ subscription, but the subscriptions for all of my streaming services… over and over and over again. What’s more, often, when I am logged into my NFL+ account, the app does not allow the video content to which I’m entitled. I have to close the app and restart it, sometimes two or three times, for it to recognize and respond to my account.
I havent been able to use the app and immediately contacted NFL via their chatbot. They have a strict no refund policy regardless if you used the app or not.
Stop trying to force feed NFL+ to everyone! Nobody wants it.
Absolutely horrible app
This is hands down the worst sports app out there. Trying to watch games? Good luck with the constant buffering and crashes. And this is not only on the phone, but on streaming devices as well.
Not only that, but cannot even load articles through the app. Want to read news posted on nfl website? Better uninstall the app or just use a desktop instead of a mobile device. Goodness this app is useless.
Subscribe to Peacock to watch a PLAYOFF GAME?
Dear NFL, if you keep going down this road, all you’re going to accomplish is to lose a whole bunch of fans. The Prime Video deal for Thursday Night Football games was one thing, as most people already have Amazon Prime, and Prime Video is included. If Prime Video wasn’t included, you can rest assured most people would never pay extra for it. I suspect very few people would.
I will never subscribe to Peacock, and if you keep this up, I (and a lot of other people) will stop caring about watching your games at all. You need to stop this. 1 STAR!!
One of the worst (maybe the worst) app I’ve ever used. Every year I think it’ll be better and it’s still hot garbage. It constantly closes out randomly. It’s frozen half the time. If you stop watching red zone on the tv and move to a new device to watch the game oh boy do you throw it for a loop. How does the most popular and profitable sport in the US create such an abomination of an app
Can’t understand why a company with the amount of money they have aand cant get an app to stop crashing every twenty minutes on firestick… i updated i cleared data and cash i reinstalled a dozen times and still crashes every 20-30 minutes… app is trash dont waste your money or time
App is a pain. NFL+ Subscription does not deliver.
As others have mentioned, the app seems to have a lot of flaws and the subscriptions do not deliver what I expected, which is to be able to watch my team play live.
I subscribed to NFL+ to watch football games, but so far the vast majority of the time the game I want to watch is “out of market” so I cannot watch it without adding yet another subscription. So far this year, our team has been on at least 4 different networks, which seems to require that I pay for at least 4 different subscriptions to watch one team play throughout the season. Last week, our team was on CBS, which I get through our cable provider. The CBS app would not let us watch the game because it was out of market, so I came to the NFL app and added a NFL+ subscription so I could watch the game. The app led me to believe I could watch it if I added the subscription. Once I subscribed, I could only listen to a radio broadcast but not watch the game. The app recommended I upgrade YouTube TV to add NFL Sunday Ticket or whatever it is to watch the game live, or I could upgrade my NFL subscription and watch a replay after the game is over. I went back to the CBS app and found that if I added a Paramount Plus subscription maybe then I could watch the game.
The takeaway is, the NFL+ subscription does not deliver what is expected. I’m sure buried in the terms and conditions is some fine print that covers the legal side, but this is very disappointing and a waste of money.
Not worth the money
When I first got NFL+, it was great. I couldn’t watch on my TV, but. I could watch on my laptop. Now all I can do is watch it on my phone. It is not a great experience they have ruined NFL plus by changing it this year. Next season I plan to go with someone else.
Glitchy with subscription to nfl+
I’m really tired of the app saying I’m not a subscriber and not allowing me to watch. Even when I click the renew purchases it doesn’t work and I have to uninstal the app and sign back in. Please fix this issue!
