I get notifications about receiving messages and when i press on the notif and it brings me to the app the message isn’t there. please fix!!

Should be able to delete questions
I’m stuck with the notifications permanently showing because for some reason every single question I’ve ever been sent has turned into “new message” and opening them doesn’t clear it. Over 2 years of questions!
