To ensure data security on the App, the following protection measures are provided:
1. Admin user can set the passcode from time clock admin menu, and the passcode is required to connect the App to the device.

## NGTeco Time Reviews in United States

### *---- "Connection with the app always fail"

-- Roberye, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Complete waste of money!!"
The app has serious connection issues!!
-- mouytrr, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Waste of money"
Do not Waste your money in buying there products … whenever you call them they will we are working on it …
-- Richard195247, 2024-04-01

### *---- "Unable to connect"
Says Wi-Fi must match. Wi-Fi matches. Says to reset time clock, phone, router. Done. Nothing will get this to connect and tech support videos are gone. Do not recommend.
-- cmo-0990, 2024-03-19

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
This app never works. Can never connect to the clock reliably. Basically useless.
Fix it
-- Bscharf3, 2024-03-14

### **--- "Clock freeze!"
After using the app to add or modify hours the clock freezes and has to be rebooted
-- SuSu thE SaVaGe, 2024-02-12

### *---- "Wi Fi"
Cannot connect between Iphone and time clock. To connect I have to scan QR code every time to I want to get hours or attendance to my phone
-- 911 App, 2024-02-01

### *---- "This is the worst app"
This app alway had issues connecting to the device. After a vacation, I have spent the better part of an hour trying to connect and I am no closer to succeeding. This was a horrible purchase. Go with a different time clock system.
-- NGTeco is a waste of money, 2024-01-08

### **--- "Some issues"
The clock on outer appearances seems to work fine.
Even when a person clocks in, on their next interaction with the clock, it may stamp them as in again instead of out. This is intermittent, weekly issue.
Reports don’t align correctly with date actually worked and date shown on downloaded report.
Within the app, the dates of clock-in/clock-out are correct. When report sent to email or downloaded, the dates are moved. This causes pay discrepancies.
Check other brands.
-- CubsfanNJ, 2023-11-14

### *---- "App stuck on updating"
I loaded the app but it just says updating.. please wait and does not go further. Clicked on help video and no longer available.
