### *---- "Poor Service - Disappointed"
I cannot speak for all the therapists on this app, however, the therapist I spoke with and their customer services is very, very questionable.

I had complaints about the therapist I spoke with (amongst those complaints were - distractions from her mobile phone while we were in session, her trying to sell more sessions to me about 15-20mins into it, her making weird remarks and comments about what I was speaking on, her leaving the call mid-sentence during the session without apologizing, acknowledging or even coming back on the session.. just bad experience), after about 3 days I sent this complaints to their team and all I got were excuses defending the said therapist’s behaviour with somewhat condescending tone, like I don’t know what to expect during a therapy session.

It’s unfortunate that in Africa, Therapy is just becoming more acceptable and people are embracing it more but with people like these, who aren’t conscious of this but more interested in driving sales, I wonder.

That said, definitely made the decision to close my account. Sincerely hope people in need have better experiences with their chosen therapists.

### ***** "5stars"
Lovely app for all my therapy sessions and I love the nee uodates.
-- charlesarchibong, 2022-06-05

### *---- "Free assessment sketchy at the moment"
I tried the adult adhd screening option on the free assessment feature that was just launched on the app and after finishing the assessment and submitting, a “FormatException unexpected character (at character 1) <!DOCTYPE html>” error appears on the screen.

I’m not sure about other aspects of this app yet, but this was the bit I downloaded the app for and it doesn’t work.
