I had been regularly booking appointment through this app. Everytime appointment had to be completed by whatsapp video call via care manager’s number. The app’s video calling doesnt work at all instead of camera permissions ON in iphone for this app. Its reported multiple times but never works.
Not allowing me to access my records and bills - highly disappointed with NH ethics
Today I was planning to take my father to Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences for a heart issue. I booked via the app and got Dr Devi Shetty’s appointment! However, when we reached there, the receptionist on Ground floor asked us to go to basement. The receptionist there asked us to go back to ground floor and get a medical records file, we did and she then asked us to book another cardiologist. We tried but it didn’t let us book two simultaneous appointments. We got the Devi Shetty appointment cancelled from Reception and asked to book a cardiologist, the Reception lady told us to go to the kiosks, we booked and paid for 12:10 slot but the doctor’s receptionist told us he’ll only see us after 2:30. We hung around and finally at 2, she says the doctor hasn’t come in today and we should try to switch to another doctor from Reception. Reception tells us to go to kiosk, same doctor(s) who have not come in today have open slots on kiosk, we ask Reception again to help and THEY PICK UP A PHONE RANDOMLY AND IGNORE US. After getting no answers and no help from anyone, we go to the Cash counter and ask for a refund, which they (thankfully) agree too. Spent more than 1K ON A TRIP TO THE GREAT DEVI SHETTY’S HOSPITAL. If I wanted to be treated like this, I COULD HAVE GONE TO ANY GOVT HOSPITAL FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE! Rude staff and useless app & system
We were sold Rs.150 crepe bandage for Rs 540 and the tests also are almost 60% overly charged as compared to market. Yes service and doctors are really good. But prises are insane
User testing not done- complicated to use and see the reports
For starter, you won’t be able to update your own information. The way the provide reports is worst, you won’t get the report you click for. There are hundreds of test created for the app ones you have taken and you won’t be able to know which is which. There will be hundreds of things left in your cart bill which you haven’t added or wont be able to remove which they have added. The hospital is just worst, they charge twice and give membership saying you’ll get discounts and all but it just waste, the charge you twice because of which you need to get membership.
Too many bugs
I love the way app has been designed. Very user friendly and seamless experience
The new user interface , of checking reports, medicine and booking appointment is very hard , please revert back to the old ui. As of today march 10 , it is very bad before the app was really good
