Experience on app n NH hospital

Amazed, such a beautiful app i have seen in indian hospitals, reports bills doctors prescription everything in one place. Very quick response n report in hospital.

Otp authentication is frustrating

They auto submit OTP after the last digit and if you by chance enter a wrong digit, it will lock your account for 30 minutes which is ridiculous. You practically get only one try that can get messed with a typo.

Amazing app

Was surprised at first with the amount friendliness that this app is. I am able to track my complete family health history and appreciate the effort taken by the hospital for the digitisation and to reduce the paper waste.

It’s really disappointing

This app most of the time doesn’t work! Specially my membership is deactivated with in 4 months and I’m not getting the benefits! I strongly advise to think twice before going for it.

Resolution of ear problem

I am Rear Admiral (retd) Rakesh Kala and wish to put on record the outstanding performance of Dr Melba Napoleon, ENT specialist at Narayana Hospital Gurugram. She encouraged me and gave me confidence On 04 Nov 2023 waking up in the morning I realised that my left ear was totally deaf. Due to existent circumstances I could only report to Dr Melba on Monday 06 Nov. Dr Melba was deeply concerned that I had delayed my visit and proceeded to organise an immediate MRI scan, after which she commenced my treatment with 3 steroid injections I am happy to say that timely intervention, diagnosis and action by Dr Melba Napoleon has been instrumental in my regaining hearing of my left ear I am ever grateful Rakesh Kala Rear Admiral (retd)
