NH E-ZPass

Never allows you to sign up - always get error messages. Website exactly the same. Woefully broken.

They say they have a new app, but I can’t find it on the App Store. Everything about this device is awful and extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but I had to put something.

I tried to enter the card i use for everything with no problem, and even after 5 times of trying to fix the error message of “missing card number or cvv” it still will not accept it.

REVISED REVIEW: Opened the NH EZ Pass app the other day on a whim…was AMAZED to see that: a) that I was actually able to log in and, b) that the app is functioning very well! All my info is there, it’s accurate, and I’m able to recharge my balance through the app. Great look, too. Really, my only complaint now is that there’s no provision to log in using biometrics on my iPhone; You have to remember, and type in, your username and password EVERY TIME you want to use the app. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Can’t even open the app—AND I ALREADY HAVE A NH EZ PASS ACCOUNT! Tried everything including creating a new account. Does nothing but give an “Unable to load terms of usage—try again later” message.

The functionality of this app is only useful if you do not have an account as signing in simply doesn’t work. You can use it to pay a missed toll or invoice however.

I can’t even sign into my account it just displays the spinning loading attempt then goes away. Keep clicking log in but nothing happens.

This app works as well as sleepy-joe. It’s broken from the signup screen to the pay invoice screen. Do better.

I enter my userid and password, get the circle, then nothing! No message. Just the screen with the login button. When I press login again, it thinks I pressed the button to pay a fine. Then when I press the back button, it doesn’t go back. I had trouble with the website but this is worse. I was hoping it would be better, but from the low star rating, I see I was wrong. THIS IS A TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE. I can’t believe they don’t get competent developers to fix this.

Great state however an embarrassing app, says you have 7 days to pay, nothing works app or web.
