## NHA App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Not even loading"
Very bad app. Not even loading. How we suppose to check or do anything at all?
-- svkru, 2026-10-12

### *---- "Terrible."
I’m unable to get past a loading screeen once I open the app, I’ve tried to uninstall and install the app several times with no success.
-- chauswtz, 2026-10-02

### **--- "Not great"
Unfortunately, the App is unreliable. Often has shown there’s a new post, then I try to click on it and it disappears completely. Can’t go back anywhere to find it either.
I have all my notifications on and I still am not getting important alerts. Very frustrating for a school app that is supposed to be how we solely communicate with school and how we receive information.
-- FrustratedParent1134, 2026-10-01

### *---- "Bad up date"
Did up date and it only scrolls . That’s sad for an update
-- mrz. dee, 2026-09-30

### *---- "Frustrated"
This app currently takes more storage on my phone than any other app. Including years and years of photos.
-- just_sarah_9, 2026-09-26

### *---- "App is broken"
App is broken more often than not. Hard to use and get school updates with the app not loading at all. It errors saying can’t reach the network. I am connected to Internet and all other apps are working except this one.

Previous app was better… this one is trash.
-- Frustrated user-2, 2026-09-17

### *---- "Bring back the old app!"
Posts don’t show in the app. Luckily I get the school emails
-- Just another mom123, 2026-09-17

### *---- "Why the switch MCA?!"
Constantly logging me out and unable to login in when logged out. Miss school connect - no issues; as they say: why try to fix something if it ain’t broken.
-- Kleinler, 2026-09-01

### *---- "Barely works"
I barely get access to it. When I try the app is not working or is trying to load and nothing happens. Please fix your app. I use this on a daily basis but what’s the point if it’s not going to work less than half the time.
-- Dluabn, 2026-09-01

### *---- "Not Reliable"
When I try to go to the ‘Posts’ or ‘Message’ link I get an error screen every time. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and I’ve restarted my phone. It never helps.
-- GrinchySauce, 2026-08-31

### *---- "Needs more work"
Does not give updated post also you have to log out and log back in just to see updated information on the dashboard it freezes
-- DeeT09, 2026-08-30

### *---- "Doesn’t Work"
Tried redownloading the app after it started to say I didn’t have access to my children’s info. Now the sign-in screen is just a spinning wheel that crashes.
-- FrustratedbyNHA, 2026-08-30

### **--- "Broken posts feed, needs a save draft function"
My “posts” feed keeps going blank. They are there when I open it initially, then disappear. This happens frequently, and does not resolve with force closing the app.

In addition, there should be a “save draft” when replying to a direct message. I spent 10 minutes drafting a reply to my student’s teacher, only to have the app back out of the screen and lose my entire message. You cannot reply via email, it bounces back as an “unmonitored mailbox.” So I guess I will have to compose my reply in email (where a draft in progress actually saves), and then copy-paste into the app.
-- SparklingOrchid, 2026-08-27

### **--- "App"
I can’t really check my teachers and it doesn’t let me tap the bottom options
-- Reasons why I like YouTube, 2026-08-08

### *---- "Nothing on the App!"
The new NHA App appears to be broken and is currently not showing any information.

I got an email from NHA (as I’m sure other families did) that said that this new app was “now the official way to stay connected with your child's school.” But when I downloaded it and logged in there is zero information, completely blank screens, an error message and tabs that don’t work.

Will this issue be resolved by the time school starts?

Dear NHA, if you’re going to send a mass email saying this is THE app to have, make sure it actually works.
-- Bit363478, 2026-08-01

### *---- "No landscape view on iPad"
I really can’t understand why this app seems to only be available in portrait view on an iPad. Extremely annoying.
