It keeps saying "Cannot connect to server" when the app is launched.
Can't play live stream
Starting from two days ago, I couldn't see live broadcast on my iPad anymore. Why is that?
No HD?
Use iphone6. Why can't I see the HD quality via Wi-Fi? Please Fix it.
Volume level of its app
I use this app every morning and evening while a commute time. The contents are very good, easy to understand for non native English speakers. I listen to the programs with headphones or earphones, and I feel the volume is too low. I usually turn up the volume as maximum of the device. If it is possible, please resolve this issue.
However, you keep going in groovy contents !!
This App is stuck in a groove too much as well as your TV & Radio programs

いつも15分間のaudio機能を入浴中に活用させていただいております。大変良い機能なのですが、アナウンサーの声量はちょうど良いのにニュースを読み終えた後度々入るBGMだけ音量が非常に大きくいつも驚いてしまいます。その調整をしていただければ嬉しいなと思います。
